We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician - Photocopier Engineer, experience on Kyocera and Ricoh preferred but not essential to join there expanding team. Key Responsibilities
* Travelling to customer sites and carrying out service and maintenance on the machines
* Responding to callouts
* Resolve technical faults/ undertake technical modifications and complete repairs
* Provide training and advice on aspects of the machine functions so the customer fully understands its capabilities, and the highest level of service is provided
* Be customer focused and have excellent problem solving skills
*Installation and commissioning of MFD`s and Printers on customers networks.

Wish I could join your Team! The Company I work for has 4 techs (myself included) and we sell/service Ricoh and Kyocera! I currently am the "newbie" at our office, so not sure if I would have a "ghost" of chance getting in at your establishment!....but I will say that I am the tech that deals primarily with networking and connectivity issues and secondarily with repair and maintenance of machines!
