I live in beautiful palm bay florida I have had my little 1 man copier service here for 18 years and still have the same customers I fix anything but have sold and still service many toshibas
I sell alot of toner and printer cartridges my home is 1500 sq foot 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a built in pool under a huge screen house for 230,000 you can have the house and the business I gross about 6,000 a month

Sounds great but not sure about taking your life over, could I get a bio on your life? what does your wife look like? Lol, just kidding.

Seriously if it was a few years from now I would consider it. Problem is when I get to FL not sure I still want to be working. And in a few years I may be posting same thing about a business for sale. But it will be a lot harder for me to sell a business in NJ than FL !!!!

I live down in South Florida and am getting sick of the traffic and how crowded it has become down here.

I moved to Florida in 1986 (33 Years) ago, back then there was no such thing as 5:00 traffic.

I was thinking about Stuart, but would like to check out Palm Bay. I come up to your area when I visit the stickmarsh in
Vero Beach for bass fishing.
