As many copier techs are aging out and beginning to retire. Any suggestions where to find new young techs or trainees?

It's crazy people don't want to do it. I think it's one of the best kept secrets in the "Trades" ( i know not a trade) Once you understand the basics of a copier -- the job itself is pretty easy. Not to mention the 2-4 hours a day the tech might be traveling, making essentially free money. The pros far outweigh the cons.Comment

making 30 here, just gotta jump ship every 2-3 years. Just learn all you can at each company then jump. Internal raise you'll be lucky to get a dollar jumping easy 5-15 dollar increase.Comment

If you are a good tech who follows the outline given and liaten its easy to make the money. Most people mainly the new generarion want to make high money with no knowledge.
They want everything given to them with no effert.
