Go into Additional Functions>Common Settings>Limited Functions Mode and select "OFF" and reboot the machine with the main switch.
There must have been an error malfunction that caused this.

This worked for me on an ir5050. Also made me understand that is something is blocking the output trays it goes into this mode as a safety so that it doesn't break itself. The end users failed to tell me that the machine had asked to go into limited mode...
