Check the gram weight and than the specs for the printer and test
Label brand and type can cause lots of problems and glue will sometimes get on drums and cause spots and peel off getting stuck and cause paper jams

In addition to making sure that both the printer and and printing properties on the cpomputer are set to the correct type and weight of paper, the labels need to be fresh. Labels not used within 45 days after opening or stored at too high a temperature the package should be discarded. Adhesive can bleed out around the edges of the individual labels. THIS CAN RESULT IN LABELS STICKING TO PARTS INSIDE THE PRINTER. This can destroy a laser printer drum and fusing roller.

200gsm label paper would ask for higher fusing temperature to fix toner properly, ie on KM bizhub that would be Thick 2.
Thus there is great chance if label paper isn't good quality labels to stick inside the fuser. Ask printer dealer if they can test/confirm your stock demand.
Inevitably you will need printer with cheeper fuser parts.

Need something designed around thick stock.
Bizhub C1100 come to mind. Would need a PF unit to feed paper straight in and straight out with no real curves in the paper path.
No contract covers labels separating in side a machine...
            Whatever

Re: Laser Printer Recommendation for thick LABEL paper for huge month duty!

I had two dedicated label printers.

The first was a Lexmark XM1145. I was out there monthly for jamming. The labels deposited adhesive on every paper guide making them sticky. This machine got traded back to us, then re-sold used. Two years later I found the same machine with the same jams. Two hours with the orange cleaner and a toothbrush cleaned off enough adhesive to pass paper.

The second dedicated label printer was a Konica Minolta PRO 1100. I hadn't known that it was a dedicated label printer until I got called out for a paper jam that would not clear. One of the labels had peeled off in the inverter path under the fuser. I think that was the worst jam that I've ever removed. I had to remove quite a lot of the imaging drawer to get a view of the jam.

In short don't do this to a piece of equipment that you like. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  This printer is a joke
You're asking for nothing but troubles if have to put through it your "huge" monthly volume.

samsux (notice the name) they aren't worth putting in the dog house for the dog to use.

get a REAL printer to use.

As much as I like HP printers I can't think of one that doesn't use a fixing film fuser. Go with Lexmark, Kyocera, or Konica printer. Even some of those use fixing film as opposed to a traditional roller, it's been my experience those do thicker paper the best.

I know the brand samsung is rubbish, but this model aren't bad. Samsung 3710, 3750 also good printers with no fuser film and cartridge for 10 K. For two day are printed over 2000 labels and work good!!! "for now" haha, will see... i hope we have no problem.
