Customers machine displays this error and I have been searching online and cannot find a list of codes for this machine. Can anyone tell me what this is?

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks BC. I had no idea that we had access to Brother website, kind of. I had just got the same response from the online tech chat. They won't let me access the manual because I have not been certified on the machine. Hopefully firmware will fix it.The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge.
