This is a new one on me. I can't find it anywhere on Google, and I'm unable to find a service manual. I noticed that PR have no parts for the machine, other than toners and drums.
In Europe we have HL-L8360CDW/T. There is no Print Unable Z3 error, closest I was able to find are:
■ Print Unable 03
Connection failure of the polygon motor harness - Reconnect the polygon motor harness.
Laser unit failure - Replace the laser unit.
Main PCB failure - Replace the main PCB ASSY.
■ Print Unable ZC
The power supply waveform is incorrect - Install a voltage stabilizer in the power supply part.

Reason: spelling

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
The letters after the model number just indicate the printer's options. When I talk about a model, I generally don't include those letters, because it's the same model, no matter what the letters at the end are. At least, the errors are generally the same.
I can't for the life of me find "Print Unable Z3" neither in Service Manual nor with Google Search, but that's just me.
Send you PM, just in case things went wrong with getting SM.

That's insane--to create a service error and not tell us what it is.
I think I'm going to label this call "unfixable"
Can you upload picture of an error display? I'm interested in solving this mystery code.
