Brother MFC9320 CDW- toner won't disengage

Printer experienced a power failure (was previously working), came back up and said none of toners could be recognized. Customer was going to reseat the toners, but none of them will release. Checked the error code in service mode and has a C6 error code for the developer release motor. When power cycled with the side cover off, there's no motor movement from any of the motors and just comes back to the unrecognized toner message.

Was this a common failing of this model or is it more likely the main board took a hit with the power failure?

    Thanks for the input

They were genuine brother drums and toners. Something let go in the main drive pack and due to the cost of the replacement, customer chose to scrap the machine. Thanks for the respones
