Brother MFC-8910 with only 13K on it has paper stopping / jamming in random areas

Hello, only 13K on this 8910. When printing the usage pages or making a copy pages will stop either going into the fuser, going half way through the fuser or even half way through the drum/toner unit. Every so often it will print a page. I have replaced the fuser and fuser cover / gate and still the random stoppage. Is there a drive motor or solenoid that anyone has seen cause this issue? Driving me crazy.

Hello, with only 13K I don't think it is the feed rollers. Especially since the paper stops in random areas. Can make it all the way into the drum unit at times. Sometimes prints completely. Paper path is clear. This is something else failing. Maybe a sensor. Or something wrong with a board?

With 13k I don't think it's fuser but you have replaced it so... At least tray rollers are easy to troubleshoot using MP tray instead of cassette.
I will use 77 to print last 10 error codes and work with them and manual. I wish I had something more of help but couldn't.

are the prints that do make it out fuzzy?? if so, fuser.
sometimes i have seen a paper tray where the lifting tongue is bent where it engages the cam on the side with the gears. or even the cam needs to be taken off, and re-centered with the gears so it lifts all the way.

there is also a ? white plastic part that is on the machine. looking at the front of the machine with the paper tray pulled out, lower left, a little white pin thing that is connected from the left side inside the cover. there is a clip that breaks or cracks and doesn't hold the other part correctly.
i am looking at one now think. if that's what i am thinking of, there is a little cutout on the machine where the tray round pin goes into and forces it in. i think that part is what allows the tray lifting drive to engage.

sometimes the lifting isn't consistent so it might feed or not.
try watching the paper feed from the back with a flashlight. i have several times looked and looked and didn't see it for a while after i chased my tail. but its hard to see that the paper is in fact actually really up against the roller with enough force that it can reliably feed.

          so watch it closely.

Most brother printers are working with the rear door open (I think it's recommended for envelopes) - try and see if the paper does exit well there. Also try a test run from bypass and check the jam code.

Check that the sponges that the solenoid uses to dampen the noise are not sticking. By removing the side casing you can see if the operation is correct
