MFC-J6520DW no magenta at all

Hi all, firstly I am not a brother tech so be gentle. This thing has no magenta on the head test pattern. User says it worked one day but not the next. Is there a common fault and how old are these ?

what does google say about the age of this machine? it's a inkjet, generally not worth repair.

There's almost no harm doing some cleaning(purge). We manage to recover a lot of customers this way.
