Usually 3~4 inches on the top page, and the rest of the image on the second page.
The media is not the cause as the 40 other machines in the office uses the same paper and they have a steady rotation of suppliers, and it occurred on yellow, pink, and white paper.
The immediate action has been to replace both feed kits.
This has been done twice in 55k prints on the machine.
However, I understand the expected yield of the feed kit is 200,000.
If it is simply the separation skid pad, then I will need a whole lot of them for this one user.
As a side note.
The second tray had to be replaced as it was not maintaining stack height.
Given new parts, it works fine for a while.
It is just way too soon, and only that one of the fleet of printers we have plugging away every day.
