MFC-L5700DN - cant access via web - dont recognize the password

hi, we picked up this machine a few months ago on loan to a customer, now I took it to take a look, and I can't access it via the web, because it says the password is wrong, I used the password printed on the back label, which I see is the same one contained in the network configuration printout
can someone please tell me how to reset the password on the label? thanks

Do network reset. That should bring back password printed on back cover sticker.
