Where can I get a pdf for the ADS4700? My customer has one that quit picking up the docs. So far, all I can find is a user manual. I will need to take it apart. Having a manual would help. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

It sounds like you just need to replace the pick rollers. I don't have a manual for this machine but the roller parts are available online. Precision Roller has the kit. -
Thanks for the reply. The rollers are worn and I see Precision Roller has the parts.
The paper doesn't get past the 'gate'. Is it supposed to feed a sheet and raise the gate at the same time? This is my first experience with this scanner, not sure how it will geed and separate the stack of docs. I know how other doc feeders work on Xerox copiers.Comment
