Hello everyone !
One of our customers came in yesterday and told us he is constantly changing toner cartridges, after checking his print count and status page he is actually right (which is a first
).
The Toner should print 4k pages with coverage of 5%. For example his last yellow toner printed 1797 pages with an average coverage of 4.07%.
If you're not familiar with the TN-252 (its a project toner, I'm not sure if this brother system is available worldwide) its pretty much the same as the TN-249 just for a way better price.
What I've noticed so far, the TN-252 prints oddly close to the TN-248CMY (2300 pages) and at the status page the Tonertype says "Super-Jumbo-Toner" and as far as I know from previous models it should say "Ultra-Jumbo-Toner" if its the biggest available.
Thats why I currently think there is a wrong chip on this ones or the marketing is false from Brother's site.
If someone here has any TN-249 build in, i would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me if the status page says "Ultra" or "Super".
Thanks in advance everyone
