    Brother MFC-J6920DW - white stripes

    Hello, please do you have an idea, what to check?

    See photo.

    I clean two strips (encoder strips) where print head runs and it did not solved. Paper come out A4R (Letter R).

    How do the printhead / nozzle test pattern look like? I think you can start the print head test + cleaning preocedure if you tab the remaining-ink button from home screen.

      Here I scaned nozzle test pattern and one raw (black) at the text is missing. But the cubes look like O.K.02.jpg

        OK that's odd - nozzles seems fine but it still fails to print a line at some point. You can try and perform a calibration/alignment from the same menue but I'm afraid this might not help (still worth a try). As a last act of desperation you can try and do a factory reset from service menue.

          I made it, PF ENCODER DISK was dirty.
          All is working fine.
