MFC-L2740 "size match" issue

    MFC-L2740 "size match" issue

    When printing incoming faxes it displays "size mismatch reload correct paper" whether its one page or forty. It will eventually print out the faxes without the message after you hit ok several times. It does not do it when copying or printing. The tray setting is plain letter paper.
    Any suggestions ?

      • Press (Settings)>All Settings>Fax>Setup Receive>Auto Reduction.
      • Press or to display the On option, and then press OK.

          That option is already set to On.

              i have tried what you did already... i have never had any success fixing that issue.
