    Good morning all

    I hope someone is able to assist me please
    i have a brother MFC 8370dn that has replace PF kit 1 and Laser on display , i cant remember how to rest the counters is it by pressing 3 and 9 together to enter reset mode please confirm

      As usual use code 88 in Maintenance mode.

          you might want a service manual if you don't know the process. 3 & 9 is for a totally different brand of copier.

              I have the same problem, how can I enter maintenance mode on this model, using this mode: Menu * 2864 can you confirm?
