I have a customer who has this machine and they want to make copies of dental x-rays how I maualy went as light as I can get it through users manual but still not good enough any suggestions, they had a Sharp AR-161
I had two ideas, neither of which panned out. #1 negative (or B/W Reverse if you're a Sharp tech), which is not offered on the brother. #2 photo mode, also not offered on the brother.
It probably wouldn't help to point out that the brother was not designed to copy dental x-rays.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
