Not know the timing sequence of this particular printer is it possible
that it,fuser,could cause a jamming problem out of the first tray in that it appears that the pick rollers jammed the paper and the registration rollers never engaged thus causing a jam. If the fuser had not completed its cycle but had stopped sooner than the tray one pick rollers.
Anyone seen this type of problem on these printers before?
