    MFC-8860DN

    Hey all,
    I'm working on a MFC-8860DN, the problem I am having is the machine is stuck in Fax Mode, will not go into copy or scan. I even tried to go into Maintenance Mode no such luck, I have powered it off and on nothing. If somebody has seen this before or know how I can reset the machine back to default settings. I would appreciate it.

      Did u installed ram? Try to replace new main pcb and check

          that may happen if one of the keys on the operation panel got stucked for any reason
