Brother MFC-4750e Jams - need part ID

OK...so it's jamming right at the registration roller. There seems to be a broken coupler; that is, I can turn the gear, but the roller doesn't turn.

So I need the roller...or the coupler...or the drive assembly.

Can anyone ID that part for me? I appreciate it. Thanks!

The registration roller is figure 4-2, and the gear drive is figure 4-9.
You can't really tell from a line drawing, but I'm thinking you'll find that 4-9 is plastic (and broken). You might also take a look at figure 4-13.

    registration roller: UL9060001
    drive gear/shaft: LJ5591001
    planetary gear assembly: LJ8985001

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks, 'Cat...you da man!. What I'm after is #10 in the pic above, UL907001, "Gear 21". It must be made of plastic. cause it don't make the roller move. Thanks a bunch!

That's what I meant to say. On re-reading I identified the flub.

        Your welcome. =^..^=
