      I think the sensity sensor checks the transfer belt and is kind of located below it/near fuser.

          Most likely problem is the density sensor. located under waste toner in the very back of the inside cavity. The sensor has a shutter over it when the waste toner box is removed. If after cleaning this sensor window does not fix, replace the transfer power supply. The sensor is included on this part.
