    Brother DCP8150dn Copies come out enlarged horizontally like 8%

    Brother DCP8150dn Copies come out enlarged horizontally like 8% (if image is close to the edge of the original this "overflows" on the copy paper).

    I can't find in the Svc manual if theres a hoizontal (or vertical) magnification adjustment/correction.
    paper size used is LTR and LTR appears as selected.

      I would be very surprised if Brother provided you with image enlargement/reduction adjustments.

      Major image shifts (59mm), or reduced images on the small Sharps usually meant a laser problem. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I would try pc scan and a pc print and see which one contains the error. This should isolate it an area of the machine that is failing. Also worth updating the firmware and restoring factory defaults as well.

              You may also want to try a full factory reset in service mode do a 91 if you have lots of speed dials or other info stored that you want to retain.
              If not do a 01 as this will completely wipe the machine and set it back to factory defaults and should eliminate any bugs.
