    Faxphone l170 says install cartridge

The call was for jamming and when the roller came in, I went back to install and after I did the machine now says Install Cartridge. I can not see anything and do not have a spare cartridge. The sensor is making contact with the bottom of the cartridge. Any ideas would be helpful.
