HP Designjet 4500 can't open Roll 1 Module

Right side roll1 module is stock, can not be pull out, locking lever is in the open position, and can be swing to lock and unlock easy.

Left side open fine.

Is there any option to release the locking on the right side without taking everything apart?

Sorry, I'm no help on this one. I've had problems with the switches that detect the drawer being closed, but I've never had one with a jammed drawer.

But whatever you do, do NOT attempt to take off roll 2 with the printer standing upright. Remove all the ink cartridges and printhead cleaners first, and then gently lay the printer back and then up on it's top, so the legs are in the air, then you can proceed to take the 2nd roll out. Make note of which screws go where!
