Most likely the power supply fan is running slow. Usually i would take fans apart, clean and lube the fan shaft with a light oil and put a small amt of high temp grease at the bottom and top of the shaft. But like most techs, it is easier to replace as if you get a call back it will be double work. If the fan is not deep, i usually repair and so far no complaints.

Techs tend to ignore fans when troubleshooting, but it plays a critical role in the cooling of the machine temperature. everytime the machine cover is opened, i usually inspect the fans and do a quick cleaning.

The service manual for this machine could be found easily on the net, and you could have answered your own question quickly, unless you don't have access to the internet, which is a must for a tech in this present age.

Techs today has to be savvy in looking for answers. Off course, here you can find answers, but the onus is on you to strengthen your search and reasoning capabilities to sharpen your skills.

see below according to the service manaul.

    57.7 Power supply fan error
    (FM2)
    1. Reconnect the connectors
J1104 and J1133 on the DC
    controller PCB.
    2. Disconnect the connector
    J1133. Immediately after
    turning the printer on,
    measure the voltage between
    pins 1 and 3 on the J1133
    connector. If the voltage
    changes from 0 V to 12 V or
    24 V, replace the power
    supply fan.
    3. Replace the low-voltage
    power supply.
    4. Replace the DC controller
    PCB. Calibrate the printer
    after replacing the DC
    controller.

I couldn't have said it better. Once you've done the basic searching, manual reading, and attempts to fix (by yourself) ... then we're glad to step in and help. As a professional technician, you'll be expected to acquire a manual, read that manual, and then try something to fix it. I get the impression that you haven't done any of those things yet. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
