[Misc] Designjet 510 Firmware update (from A.04.02)

Hi

Looking at one of these machines (CH337A) for a customer with a few of our copiers.

They are getting random messages that there is a problem or error with the formatter board.

Can anyone please tell me?

1. Is there an update for Engine F/W A.04.02 and Formatter F/W A.04.02 as this would be our 1st thing to attempt.
2. If there is a new F/W, where can we get obtain/download?
3. How do you update the firmware?

A.04.02 is the latest firmware.

What specific error are they getting?
