Hi ,
i having here a T 1300 Postscript plotter who gives me some headache . During initialization the carriage drives all th eway to the left engaging the cutter to the down position , then it moves over the rail a bit until it gets resitent , so far all is normal , now the carriage move back to the left to release the cutter from the down position , here comes the issue . It is not moving far enough to the left so that the cutter is released and its trying to move with the cutter in down position to the right , direction park position. then it troughs out an error 86:01.
When i remove the cutter from the carriage , it does the initialization normally without error , and i can print without issues and the cutter cuts the paper after installing it again. if i then reboot the plotter , the very same error comes again up.
Is there any way to reprogramm the cutter release position for some more cm to the left ?
Regards,
