Can you be more specific? Saying it 'doesn't work' doesn't tell us much. Is the front panel blank? Have you followed the steps in the manual for 'What do to do if the touch control panel is blank'?
I'm not sure you will find a list of the PSU voltages, but you should find the usual 12V, 24V, 5V, etc.
