    6030 MFP crashes server!?

    All,

I installed my first Colour 6030 MFP yesterday. After loading the PCL 6 driver from HP's webiste onto a Windows 2003 Small Business server, the entire print spooler service went down! All network printers were no longer listed or available.
Tried along with onsite IT to re-start the service with no success. Also tried to clean the spooler service and nothing. Has anyone seen this before?
Drivers were added locally to each workstation, but the question was the driver responsible for hosing the server as there was no other change made to it... Needless to say I'm quite underwhelmed by the device thanks to this.

All my bad experiences are with Samsung drivers. I've successfully knocked out two servers with that magic little Samsung disk. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
