HP Color LaserJet CP3505 printing problem

Hello! I have printer HP Color LaserJet CP3505, and when I want to print, no matter how many pages or type of color, on the last page always missing the bottom. I have another problem. For example when I go to print blue text only the first few lines are blue, and the rest - gray. With the red color is the same, only the first few lines are red, and the rest - yellow. I uploaded photos to both problems. The problems are with all colors. Thanks!!!

Sounds like have drum/toner issues. With those drums on top of each other sounds like toner contamination or a bad transfer belt issue. If you pull out the drum units and there is alot of Magenta build up in the corners near the laser window or heavy presence of Magenta or Yellow band on the outer edges of the Transfer Belt. If this is the case replace all drums with HP drums. 99.9% of the issues I come across on HP color machines aside from standard PM cycle, is the generic ink. I bite the bullet and install HP toner as my time is worth more than a few bucks saved on costs. HP fail rate is 1 in 75. Generics are about 1 in 5. Even the costs up front are attractive, the costs down the road are where your savings are EVENTUALLY going to.

    Hope this helps

This looks like a moisture issue to me. Changing the drums might help, but it might not. Run some blank pages through the printer, and then run them through again with print on them and see if the problem goes away. If it changes or gets better, then you have moisture in the paper.

It is not from cartridges. I tried with other cartridges.

You need to run some internal prints such as quality pages and config pages and supply page.
post at least the config page like you did above. Eliminate the computer.

Also, These had a cartridge lock problem but normally you'd get a code.

Yes, thanks for idea but already did this, I was print config and supply pages and problem persist. I doubt in transfer belt.
