hp designjet t2300 vertical lines are bad

I do printheads alignment and display says ok, when I print a configuration page vertical lines are bad. horizontal lines are good. I did several times printheads alignmet, and I have the same problem,Maybe I must configure it or something is wrong. Thanks in advance.Maybe I must use hp media to calibrate printheads.

I'm not sure, without a pic, which lines you mean. I'll give you advice on both.

Do a paper advance calibration. Then clean your encoder strip with a soft, wet rag (water only).

    Actually--clean the encoder first.

My vote would be the belt needs replacing.

I know, it's been a few years, but what resolved the vertical line misalignment on the T2300?
          Thanks.
