When i first checked the machine message :incorrect yellow" or something like that message (i don't remember exactly. I removed drum and all toners and put them buck in the machine. Now i cant put cyan toner right and message incorrect cyan appears" . It looks like the other toners prohibites cyan toner to be in the rihgt place. Any idea what to do?

First thing to check is if they are Generic. May be your issue or causing alot more issues. Either or you need to give some more info in regards to the exact message or error codes. Take a look at YouTube to find carousel alignment and that will walk you thru the entire process of alignment. Also this will help you determine what is exactly wrong with the print cart. Seems weird you started with yellow and now it is cyan error of some sort. This model is famous for being very dirty in the inside due to the carousel deisgn. When you look at those videos it shows how to remove print cart and toner carts and then you have complete access to the inside of the machine for cleaning. I would start with the cleaning (A full cleaning not just a shot of air)
