It appears that they have shut down. One of their guys has opened a new business selling parts - OzTech Distribution. Go to oztechdistribution.com.

Our new 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office is located at
2540 Station Drive, Stockton, CA 95215.
During the transition we will be shipping orders daily, but there may be some minor delays.

Make that more like 2-3 weeks. Had a question about pricing. Called, called, called, E-Mailed..........nothing!

Good to finally see SOME news about them.

So, I'm wondering are they moving or shutdown. I recently ordered a 4300 formatter from them. Hope I get it.
