hp designjet 4520 does not recognize ink cartridges ,26.1.10 error

Hello, display says 26.0.10 error code, and yellow ink cartridge is fault.I reinsert it again ,and dysplay says 26.1.10 now other ink cartridge is bad, then, 26.2.10 y 26.3.10, What is the problem. thanks.

remove all the inks and let the machine tell you to insert and see if accepts as it asks for you to install one at a time. GOOD LUCK

I followed all instructions that display said , ink cartridge are new and original, maybe the problem is the ISS or what pca can be bad. thanks.

You may just have a bad ink cartridge. It happens. Don't assume that because it's new means it's good.

Insert each cartridge by itself (with the others removed) and see if it accepts each one. If it does, then try adding one, then try the others by themselves. Sometimes one cartridge can cause another to appear faulty. It's just a matter of trial and error.

thanks but display says 26.1.10 error. if ink cartridge is bad then I can put a new cartridge and I solve the problem, What does mean error code?

I don't know what 26.1.10 is. Make sure you get the error codes correct!

System Error: 26.0:01
Problem Description: Bad contact detected in ISS slot0 floater.
Corrective Action:
Try the following:
„ Remove the Yellow Ink Cartridge and reinstall it in to the Printer.
„ Replace the Yellow Ink Cartridge.
„ Check that the ISS to Cartridge cable (Yellow Ink Cartridge) is not
damaged and is correctly connected to the Ink Supply Tubes PCA.
„ Replace the ISS to Cartridge cable (Yellow Ink Cartridge) ⇒ Page 8-65.
„ Replace the Ink Supply Tubes ⇒ Page 8-53.
