Have a ProBook 640 G1 that the battery doesn't charge when plugged in. Found a service advisory advising to update the BIOS to the latest revision. It worked. When I try to place a Labor Only claim, it tells me I've got an invalid advisory number. Can anyone tell me what a VALID service advisory number is/looks like??? The only number on this service advisory I'm looking at is the Document ID (c04396416).
