I don't usually work on these. I've uploaded firmware before, no problem, however I'm now installing a new formatter and HDD. I keep getting the 99.02.24 error, and sometimes a 99.02.66 no boot error. The HP swami is unavailable today, hoping someone has had that error, or knowledge of what the issue is. I've been searching around the web to no avail! Thanks!

If you replaced the HDD, you will need to use the preboot menu to load the firmware.
1. Insert a USB stick with the firmware copied to it.
2. Turn the product on.
3. Press and hold the Stop button when the LED lights are illuminated solid.
4. Use the 3 and 9 buttons to highlight the Administrator menu, and then press 6 to open the selected item.
5. Use the same buttons to select Download --> USB
