Good evening everyone, I'm currently working on this machine since Saturday, she lit up and showed me just message "Ready 2 download" and remained blocked on this message, I tried searching what could be the solution but curiously without touching anything, now, the machine does not write this message but it lights me henceforth and displays indicating the red X indicating that there is a canceled job. For now, the machine does not write anything except that X.
Someone should ever had this kind of case?
Your opinion please because at my level, this case becomes a little more complicated.

What happens if the unit is plugged into a computer via USB? Is it recognized by the computer? Will it install a driver? If it is recognized and installs a driver, update the firmware.

If nothing happens, the formatter will need to be replaced. The part number for the formatter is CF224-60001. You'll have to buy it from someplace other than HP. This formatter cannot be purchased from HP.

You'll have to download the updater from the HP website.

I'm sorry, would you please send me a picture of that formater cf224-60001? I plugged the printer to a computer using usb wire, it did not work.
