HP Designjet 430 not printing

HP designjet 430 just stopped printing. Ready light is lit ready (steady on). When print is sent it flashing like it is processing then it stops flashing and goes back to steady on like it is ready again but nothing happened, no print came out and all lights looked normal with no codes. Ready light goes back to steady on and looks as if it is ready again for another print job. The print goes into the que then leaves it after several seconds depending on the size of the document being sent. Tried to print from both driver test page and customers CAD program with no luck and added another driver and still no luck.

Try pressing the Setup and Cancel buttons simultaneously. See if it prints a test page.

How is connected to the PC? The printer is parallel but are you using a parallel to USB adapter of some kind? Or a Jetdirect box?

..or press Form Feed and Media Source together for a different test page. (Going by somewhat foggy memory.)
