    CP3005X print out blurry

I have a HP CP3005X printer with a print quality problem. The test print out is blurry (Pinkish shadow). When I print the supplies page, the percentage bar of the magenta shift a little to the left.
I have replaced the transfer belt, magenta toner and full calibration 3 times in the row with no help.
I hit the wall at the moment, please advise
    Thanks

Genuine HP OEM toner cartridges or remanufactured?

Print a diagnostics page to see if magenta is the only one that's offset.

Sometimes you have to replace all the cartridges, because one cartridge will throw the others off. It's a pain in the arse, because that's not a guaranteed fix, and it costs some money. I have one here in my shop where I never could get the thing straight. Replaced all ctgs, transfer belt, and even the fuser. I think the machine might have been dropped and the frame is bent.

But then, if you've got a pinkish shadow, I would swear you just have a bad magenta cartridge.

All toners are genuine OEM, I have also swap out another verified good magenta toner, but still the same result.
I noticed when i do the print engine test, the yellow and magenta line slightly shift to the right of the black and cyan line. (All line are parallel evenly to each other except yellow and magenta lines shift a little to the right.
This looks like some type of calibration issue. Please advise how to proceed from hear
        Thanks

If you put in a new OEM transfer unit, try doing a cold reset then NVRAM dump (if possible on those models). Then calibrat a couple of times. If that doesn't help you, it might not be fixable.

Try the cold reset and NVRAM first. Then replace the DC Controller.

I did both cold reset and NVRAM ini but no change. Time to find a new DC controller. Will check back on the status

Image Density Sensor dirty? Just a guess from symptoms, was true on LJ4700's.

Oh my I love these ones. The only way that will happen is when someone has put in a Generic Cartridge or a poorly reman cart if not right now but at some point. Check the carts very carefully as they have gotten very good over the years. It has put a toll on the cams that open the toner carts when the door is closed. When you install the carts, you cannot see the actual drum surface due to the door being open. I have seen the same issue on the yellow and Magenta carts and turns out the cam was not engaging correctly to open the drum surface all the way for the laser to hit. Check your carts to make sure the drum shutter moves freely. They are flimsy and sometimes come out of holder. If not change the cart, if it does then check the drum shutter cams. Take all drums out and turn on the machine, let the machine instruct you to which cart to put in. Put one in close it up and repeat process. The machine will then do an auto calibration, if it takes more than 5 mins to do a calibration one of your carts are bad or the Transder Belt is bad. Either way it is the cart, cams or laser unit. As others mentioned this is a common issue on the 4700 and 2600 series and 99.9% it is a cheap customer, or a newbee that was just hired and decided they have to try and save the company all this money and buy cheap. Out of roughly 600 HP machines we have in the field under contract none of them have extensive internal problems. Granite we dont make as much but my techs time is worth alot more than saving $50-60 on a cart and more issues/parts down the road.

                  Hope this helps

                    Hi JrTech,
The printer has all OEM working toner all have 50% or more left. I did try to bypass by took off the toner shutter by remove it off the toner also double check on all toner lock lever and main drive alignment, and even try the new DC controller board but still has a same problem. Magenta misalignment on print out. Since I will have this printer in my shop for awhile. Any advise would help
