Just replaced the paper feed feed rollers on this machine. Used OEM rollers. Have never done this repair, but all seemed to go well. Now is jamming every time for multiple pages. One page docs come out fine. second page is jamming. Cancel the job and the page that is supposedly jammed ejects with no problem. No roller marks or dog ears.

Have replaced MANY of these rollers (RM1-4426). Haven't had to replace the small seperation roller, though. Maybe the one your working on also needs that roller replaced (RM1-4840)?Comment

Can you hear if the roller is rotating to try and pick up paper? Maybe the pickup roller isn't completely seated and is grabbing two sheets accidentally? Haven't run across issues replacing these, just trying to bounce ideas around.Comment

Check that the pick up solenoid isn't getting stuck and is engaging, the pickup will continue to turn and pick up multiple pages and that will cause a jam state.Comment

Make sure there's nothing stuck in the duplex area. I've had that throw me off once.Comment
