Designjet Z2100 faulty LG cartridge

Hi,

i have problem with Z2100 44in refillable ARC Light gray cartride. All other ARC cartidges work fine, only LG cartrige says faulty. I tried 3 different LG chips. OEM LG cartridge works ok.

Newest firmware installed TR8-TR_12_00_00-1_mvl40-x86-opt_B

What can be the problem. I can't believe that 3 chips from different suppliers are dead.

If you want to throw parts at a problem when you already know an HP Genuine ink cartridge works fine, you can replace the ISS to Cartridge Cable.

Just replaced one today on a Z6100, but, they were using HP Genuine Ink.
