jamming hp lj2100

I have a lj2100 that's jamming a leaving blank pages at the fuser. The prior tech replaced the fuser last call, friday, and the customer claims one test print was run before leaving. I've inspected the drive assembly, and cleaned and re-assembled. I'v also opened the back tray to rule out the delivery assembly at the top. Haven't seen this model much before, hoping someone has had a similar situation prior.

Re-pad the pickup solenoid. It's probably sticking and causing the blank pages. Very common on older printers.

Assuming you've changed the sep pad.

Thanks for the suggestions and replies. I'll be going back later, if the customer approves the charges, which I doubt at this time. I did check out the solenoids, at the delivery, I'll be checking out the pick up solenoids as well as if I return.
