HP P3015 duplex jams error 13.12

Jams only when duplexing, as paper is getting pulled in for 2nd side. Machine has 340K. Fuser is at about half of its yield. It is intermittent for know. Any suggestions or has anyone experienced this before?

Pickup roller good? OEM toner? Paper tray set EXACTLY to LTR (to far behind hash mark, intermittent pick up; to far forward of the hash mark, it's to tight against the sep pad and won't pick up)?

Never experienced this error personally.

There is a gear on a swivel on the exit drive assembly. Pull the fuser out and carefully give it a bit of oil to make sure it isnt getting stuck when it duplexes.

i guess we have to assume that you have checked the duplex path for obstructions? have you cleaned any rubbers rollers in the path? have you run the sensor test for the paper path?

Yes all the sensors are clean and no obstructions and rollers are very tacky and clean.
