HP Colorlaserjet CP 3525 error 54.08

I have a customer that has a CP 3525 and intermittently spits out a blank sheet, event log shows error codes 54.07, 54.08 and 54.0A, drum phase sensor. My manual doesn't show this code. I have replaced the blacke cartridge last week, the code returned, today I replaced the cyan and mag. cartridges. Any suggestions?

Are you using OEM carts? Remove the formatter and clean the connector.

Non-OEM cartridges, no control over that part of it. I will clean the contacts next trip over there. Thanks

If you haven't done it already you should probably unplug the machine from everything and leave it alone for a while. A few minutes at least. Line voltage irregularities can cause all manner of wrong and stupid things to happen, and typically unplugging the machine for a while will reset those errors.
Unless something is actually broken anyway. Check the contacts, gears and couplings on all of the cartridges, they might be kaput.
Make sure the ETB is in good shape too. It is my understanding that the drum phase adjustment is part of automatic color alignment, and if the alignment pattern on the ETB isn't correct there will be print defects and probably error codes too (if anyone at all tells you otherwise, believe them rather than me because I'm not absolutely certain about error codes).

The printer has a total of 30k prints on it, the images all look good,from my understanding the only symtom they get is the blank page, I don't think they even see the error code.

Maybe what they are printing has a blank page at the end of the document?

If not, it's possible it's a sticky solenoid? This happens on the 42xx series with sticky solenoids. Blank pages.

Yes. Probably a sockpuppet as well.
I've recently redbarred two or three other posts with similar links, and asked about them on the feed back forum. However, since this still appears here, my efforts have gone for naught and I am done with it.

So my problem with the codes I believe were the non-oem cartridges, they caused no problems and the operator never saw them. The blank page was after finally connecting with the operator and duplicating it was with their set up as the page was not blank but had a 2 at the bottom (page number)

you replaced the toner carts.. did you clean all the contacts? how dirty is the machine?
delivery fan - cartridge fan or environmental sensor for a 54.xx error
