Hello and hy everyone....
Hope every one good and fine..

I have a plotter Hp Designjet T520.
I made the error video in this link...

After the carriage stop the screen shows error..
" carriage jaam
The Print carriage cannot move.
Open the ink catridge door,clear any paper jam or obstructive, and press ok

Knowing what error CODE the display gives would be helpful.

What have you tried to do to fix it?

Have you cleaned the encoder strip?

Thanks to reply first....
Second i clean encoder strip.
Then check belt which look fine.
I doubt on strip soo i order online.
Within a weak i recived strip.
After replace new one hope issue will resolve.
