P3015 Copy Quality

Hi Guys,

I have a P3015 that's giving me fits. I have changed the toner cartridge, fuser, and transfer roller. I'm still getting slight shading in a couple of areas (see sample).

Have you tried different paper stock? Fresh ream or different brand.

Just a few thoughts, those marks sure do look like a bad toner cart. Are you saying the same marks were there before replacing toner? Do the marks move at all? You have replaced everything that would cause quality issues. If it was a dirty laser you would have light areas. Stop paper before fuser to see if marks are there to rule out fuser?

Tried different cartridges. Marks don't move. They did go away for a couple of days and then came back. New fuser.

I've had a bad transfer roller cause issues if there was some crap on it. Good luck
