So I ordered a refurbished fuser put it in and still bad noise took out the fuser motor and gear train no ware no worn or broken gears, any Ideas where the loud noise is from? Exit assy perhaps? Hmmm

The fuser drive gear pack may look just fine, but it's very common for those fuser drive couplers to wear and make quite a bit of noise:

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
