HP color LaserJet 3500 error 59.99

hi i have a HP color LaserJet 3500 giving me an error code 59.99 it will not print at all looked up how i can solve this problem says Faulty secondary transfer engagement
sensor. Replace the secondary transfer engagement sensor but i want to know if it could be something more simple or different than just replacing the second transfer sensor.

The 2nd likely cause sticks out like a sore thumb. We all know about sticky solenoids..........
