[CQ] 85a hp catridge

The cleaning blade melts and cuts.i put in a new cleaning blade and it also cuts.what do i do?

not sure what you mean by "melting"

if it is an OEM toner.. you could have called HP for free replacement .. if re-man you're S.O.L.

I think i will buy a new catridge for the customer
